Since it’s inception as a neighborhood pilot project in 2010, the East End Market at Bown Crossing has been progressive, and has become known with vendors and patrons as a friendly and laid-back neighborhood environment where vendors have a voice, and patron and merchant opinions matter. East End Market is evolving once again, and differentiating with key changes: powering the market with sustainable energy, creating a focus on refugee farmers, establishing new community relationships, and providing innovative education for vendors.

Regular customers at our Bend Location, Cathy and Terry, decided to take a Flatbread Road Trip to visit each Flatbread location! Starting in Bend, driving through Boise and finally landing in Salt Lake City, Utah, Cathy and Terry describe the culinary highlights of their road trip. If you said "TRUE!," then you'll be excited to hear that we're kicking off patio season by teaming up with local hop-shop Crooked Fence to serve its Patty'O Pounder Pale Ale (a crisp, honey flavored pale ale, named for perfect patio weather drinkability) exclusively at Flatbread. To give our exclusive brew a proper debut, we invited Crooked Fence to take over all 12 taps with four awesome beers at Flatbread's Idaho locations in Bown Crossing, Meridian and Downtown Boise starting April 24th.
